Get to Know Summer Agronomy Intern: Alex Scovill

Alex Scovill has a deep history of Michigan agriculture. Growing up in Lainsburg, MI he watched his dad walk fields, showed livestock and was active in the local FFA. Alex has served as a Michigan state FFA President in the 2020-2021 term and also received the IPSA scholarship in 2022. Attending Kansas State University, he is going into his Junior year of study in Agricultural Education.

You will see Alex supporting the sales team and dealers this summer in a variety of roles focused on learning the seed industry, including evaluating seed plots and scouting.
